I had to learn how to eat right and in the process I learning how to control my diabetes. I also learned how to eliminate; acid reflux, arthritis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, lose weight and regain my health. The information I am sharing helped me control my medical conditions and get off all the medications I was on. There is a multi billion dollar industry that is more interested in your money than teaching you how to stay healthy with foods commonly available in your local grocery store. It cost you nothing but time and effort to use what I have available on this site.
I am not a doctor or other medical professional. I had to do lots of searching on the Internet to find what I offer here. What I offer doesn't totally agree with anyone. I took the best I could find from many different sources and ended up with something unique that works extremely well. I have no products or services to sell.
