There is one nutrition supplement that has my attention above all others. It is omega 3. There are plenty of studies from very prestigious medical institutions that call omega 3 an essential to good health. When selecting an Omega 3 supplement there a several things to consider: - Does the supplement have a high percentage of EPA/DHA per 1000mg capsule?
- Is the product molecularly distilled to remove pollutants?
- What is the source of the fish oil base?
- Is the supplement cost affective? (Many of the lower quality Omega 3 supplements actually cost more.)
